Typical modern soda bottle top
with fluted tapered bottom.
Above the painted on white band are
etched lines and the measurements
1 1/16 & 1 1/32
Use of the stamp on bottom
9 (diamond over oval with 1 inside) 6.
With the period after the right number
dates this bottle between 1940-1947.
Ref: Glass Bottle Marks website.
Scratched looking lines appear to be
manufacturing flaws. They are surface
imperfections not cracks.
Some roughness on bottom edge.
Vintage "as found" Condition
