    -  Approx. 3 1/2" wide x 2 3/4" tall rectangular design, black rolled-edge border with light-blue woven inner background.  Inner design features a white & red canoe on shoreline of blue lake, large black "15" outline with "Year Anniversary" slogan.   In black lettering reads "Keep PA Beautiful" and "94" date
