    Beautiful Patch
    -  Approx. 4 1/4" wide x 2 7/8" tall rectangular design, black rolled-edge border with white twill inner background.  Inner design features a black outline of PA state map with green tree and blooming flower inside it.   In black lettering reads "Keep PA Beautiful" and "1995" date
