    1969C  Error Note Bill
    The front of the bill has an offset print, the serial number overlaps the picture and the TWENTY overlaps the green seal.
    Serial number: D16451538B
    Please see pictures for description.  I am not a collector, just selling items that were in storage that belonged to my grandfather who was a coin and currency collector.
