All cables are not only checked with a cable tester, but also plugged into a guitar and amp for ''real world'' testing. We guarantee our parts and work. If your cable ever fails for some odd reason, simply send it back to us and we’ll fix, or replace it.
NOTE: The Switchcraft 181 Silent Connector uses a tight rubber compression sealed nut which eliminates the need for heat shrink / stress relief on that end of the cable. That said, we still use heat shrink on both sides of the cable, but it is contained within the connectors. This gives the cable a clean and consistent look while still providing protection against shorts and flex during extreme use.
